Very helpful and polite

Ordering was easy. Website is easy to navigate and service was excellent. I needed to send flowers from Australia to family in UK in a hurry and Direct2florist made it happen.

I submitted order from New South Wales Australia to Greater Manchester and delivery was the same day. Excellent service and flowers were beautiful.

I didn't get the same day delivery as requested. The company was good with communicating the issues. The courier did not follow the instructions given as to where to place the flowers. They left them at the end of the drive, inside the gate,which I stipulated not to. Other than that my Auntie was pleased with the flowers.

Thank you for getting the flowers to my Auntie. I'm disappointed that the courier left the flowers at her gate and not in the porch as I stipulated on the order. This is a constant problem when ordering from New Zealand where local couriers ignore the delivery notes. It lets down what could have been an excellent service. My Auntie was pleased with the flower arrangement.
