The flowers are beautiful but the box was bashed and broken. I was worried when I received them that the flowers would be damaged but they are all good.

Flowers were beautiful and I am so pleased that Serenta Flowers were able to find someone to fulfill the order to my suster in a remote place.

flowers were really lovely ,There was a mix up with the delivery time but Fiona sorted it out asap and even threw in a box of chocolates as a good will gesture. Can't argue with the customer service. Happy customer
